The heart of the Gaja experience is their carefully crafted menu, that is brought to life sat on an array of our beautiful Zuma and Moda Porcelain crockery. Gaja’s crockery has been hand picked to incorporate modern colours and patterns that help the food stand out, but without skimping on the quality, with products made to last. The Nourish range by Moda Porcelain is a standout with it’s natural blend of aqua and brown tones, and all the pieces in the range are individually glazed so no piece is exactly the same.

Gaja also boasts a strong wine list and cocktail menu, using a few different ranges of Aitkens glassware to serve them in. Modern, oriental styles such as our stemless wine glass range and ever-popular can-shaped glasses really suit the vibe and showcase the wines and the bartender’s creations. These, incorporated with a few of our old-fashioned, cut-glass whiskey styles, are able to balance Gaja’s theme well.
We loved every minute of working with the Gaja team to help their vision come to life and bring a new authentic Korean experience to Auckland. We love mixing up commercial kitchen fit-outs with a fresh and stylish project like this from time to time!
