Refund Policy
REFUND AND DISPUTES POLICY
If you receive goods that are faulty or defective in any way, we will honour our commitments under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand).
Our total liability to you in relation to any faulty goods or services is limited to the price of those goods or services. We will not, in any case, be liable for any consequential or special damages, including loss of business profits.
RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to return or exchange the item/s you have purchased you can do so up to 14 days after delivery. Simply contact us by emailing sales@aitkens.co.nz or calling 0800 424 853 to arrange a refund or a credit.
The item/s must be unused and in its original packaging. Used items will not be eligible for a refund. You will pay for this delivery cost of the original purchase and the return by standards delivery method.
A restocking fee may apply to cover the cost of freight, handling and other costs.
Special ‘Indent Only’ stock cannot be returned or exchanged.
Incorrectly supplied items: If Aitkens has accidentally supplied the wrong product to you, we will supply the correct product (where it is available) or be able to offer a credit or refund. Please notify us within 14 days of delivery, by emailing sales@aitkens.co.nz or calling 0800 424 853.
